Handling Refunds

1. Refunds:

  • Refund Processing: Refunds are processed according to the Platform’s refund policy and may take up to 15 working days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds are granted based on the nature of the issue and compliance with the Platform’s refund policy.

2. Refund Considerations:

  • Mistaken Purchases: Refunds may be granted if a package was bought mistakenly. Requests must be received within 48 hours of the purchase.
  • Service Non-Delivery: If a Freelancer fails to deliver the agreed-upon service, Employers may be eligible for a refund after a review.
  • Service Quality Issues: If the delivered service does not meet the agreed-upon specifications or quality, a partial or full refund may be considered.
  • Duplicate Payments: If a duplicate payment is made, users may request a refund for the extra charge.
  • Technical Issues: Refunds may be granted if a payment was made but not correctly processed due to technical errors on the Platform.

3. Non-Refundable Fees:

  • Fee Exclusions: Certain fees, such as transaction and listing fees, may be non-refundable. These exclusions are specified during the transaction or listing process.
